To help us send the correct replacement part, please include:

Your order number
The part number from your assembly instructions
Pictures of the part or issue

Tip: Photos are especially helpful for confirming the correct part and making sure we resolve the issue quickly.

Need Help Identifying a Part?

If you are not sure which part number you need, please send us a picture of the part along with a brief description of where it is used on the frame. We’ll help identify it.
