Warranty & Replacement Parts: If there is a problem with your order, we are here to help. KD Frames offers a 5-year warranty against manufacturing defects, and we will gladly send replacement parts for defective or damaged components. If something arrives damaged, missing, or not working as it should, please contact us with your order number and a description of the issue so we can help resolve it. Contact Us

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase on items that are unassembled, unused, and in original condition. Assembled items are not eligible for return.

We recommend reviewing product dimensions and details carefully before ordering.

Return Shipping

Our products are large, solid wood pieces, and return shipping costs can be substantial. Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping.

We can provide a prepaid return label, and the cost of that label will be deducted from your refund once the item has been received at our warehouse.
